Our story

Sunshine and Grace came from a time in my life where I needed something to keep me busy.

22 years of working in childcare has given me plenty of scope for creative and imaginative play, with plenty of resources to experiment and produce.

Whilst in full time employment, Chris and I tried for a long time to start our own family and during these quiet and empty times I started to make various crafts.

 Signs and gifts that I would love to receive or have in my own home, modern, bright and encouraging.

Because of where I was at the time, I was also quite sensitive to other peoples feelings or particular seasons they were going through. So, I started to make a selection of wooden signs, wrap them up and keep them in the boot of my car. When I had read someones status online or I got a Holy Spirit prompt, I would leave a little random act of kindness on their doorstep or a little bit of sunshine. And this is where  "Sunshine and Grace" began.
