Custom Orders

We welcome custom orders! Please get in touch via the 'contact us' form. Please be as descriptive as possible and provide any and all details that contribute to the overall aesthetic of your design. Please refrain from sending images of a design that you would like replicated. We honour and respect other makers creativity and try our best to create a unique and original design of our own. We will get in touch with a design draft for your approval before making your product. Please allow a processing time of up to 5 business days for a design preview to be emailed to you. There can be two more added amendments made to the draft, each change from then onwards will incur a charge.

I do however, reserve the right to refuse any requests which go against the clear values found in the scripture message throughout my work.

Processing time

Please allow up to 10 business days for regular orders to be shipped and up to 14 business days for custom orders, this is on top of the shipping option.

Postage

All small items are shipped by 2nd class Royal Mail.  Larger items may be shipped by an alternative company (depending on the weight and size) and this will be communicated with you.

Please ensure you input the correct information for delivery as Sunshine and Grace cannot be held responsible for mis-delivered or undelivered items.

Proof of postage receipts will be obtained for each order posted, but by using Standard 2nd Class Postage we cannot track your item and therefore cannot account for loss during transit or offer a replacement or refund. If you which to ensure your item is protected against loss during transit we recommend you choose UK 1st Class Signed For Postage option, please contact us prior to your order.

We also offer upgraded shipping and postage methods, to speed up delivery of your order. if you have any questions, please ask!

Refunds will be given for multiple items posted in one complete package if applicable.

Please note that all shipments outside of the UK may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, additional charges must be paid by the recipient. We will not be held responsible for the payment of Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances, and such charges are not included in the purchase price of Sunshine and Grace products.

Returns

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Photos must be supplied of the item prior to returning. If the item is not returned in its condition (agreed and evidence shown), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom orders CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED. 

Exchanges can be made for damaged or defective items. Please contact me by email info@sunshineandgrace.co.uk with details (full name and item details) and photos of any damage that may have occurred in transit.
